A commission

Back at the beginning of the year I  was asked to make a bag.  It has now been received and so I can post some photos.

 It was left up to me to decide what purple  yarn to use. So I took a lttle trip to Texere.

 The fabric I already had in my stash. Click on the photo and you can see little cat and dog faces.

 There is an added purse with two pockets

 and a button fastening.

The handle was knitted stitched to the bag and re inforced with buttons back and front.

I was chatting to a lady I know while having coffee about making this and she has commissioned one too. I posted a photo of the weaving  earlier in the month.
