I went to the allotment...
... and saw
a frog
in the pond
S/he has long legs. It might be a female because we have
frogspawn too. But this frog spent the whole time we were there calling so it could be a male.
You can see the frogspawn to the left of the green water plant. Biddle was very impressed.

No frogs in my pond sadly. I think it's the large goldfish that lurks at the bottom.
We redid our pond and I have not got round to putting any plants in it yet so no frogs at present but once i get the plants in I am sure they will be back
I wonder if it will survive when it is still so cold overnight.
Spring has sprung ... time for new life.
