Lottie progress

It was a busy day at the allotment yesterday. The hedges needed to be cut as they have got rather tall over the years. (before we aquired the plot).
Allotment regs say they must only be 5 feet high. Cutting is a tedious process because we only have a battery powered hedge trimmer and some loppers. So it is going to take a while.

I watered the produce and then thinned out some lettuce. Everything is coming along nicely. The runner beans have flowers
The potatoes should be ready soon
There are peas
and raspberries.
                                         It was a warm day
so froggie was out to play. You can see there is rather a lot of gunk on the pond so we have treated him to a solar powered aerator
Gardener Bunny is very impressed.

Poor frog absolutely disgusted that the little fellow has to live in there :-) Lets hope he is hopping to it and doing what he is there for, especially since you have given him cleaner living quarters.
:-) Lovely to see everything growing well. Pea's better than ours :-) xxx

Your allotment is looking so green and lovely. Froggie seems to be enjoying it all
